It’s been too long
Hey BBQ Nation, it’s just been way too long since I last updated. I have to apologize for that, life happened, I lost a job, started my own sign and decal business and haven’t been able to get to this blog in a LONG time!
HOWEVER, I have made time for BBQ. In fact, today, I’ve been smoking a brisket and 3 butterflied chickens that sat in a brine all night long. The chicken is almost done for tonight’s dinner and the Brisket has about 8 hours to go. I’ve also thrown about a half-dozen Atomic Buffalo Turds on the grill. Stuffed jalapenos, wrapped in bacon and hickory smoked to perfection.
I will make every effort to keep this blog updated better in the future. I appreciate your support entirely.
